The department offers courses on nuclear technology for under and post graduates students. It aims not only for getting and sharing knowledge on nuclear technology but also for applying the technology to get better life. Syllabus and curriculum are prepared based on main branches that can be applied for improvement of mankind and environment such as application of nuclear technology, radiation protection, radiation measurement and instrumentation and nuclear reactor system.

  • pH Meter (Bench top pH Meter, Digital pH Meter)

The main vision of our department is to promote social and economic development of our country, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar by applying nuclear science and technology. Other visions are-

  • To provide the qualified and professional persons in the field of Nuclear Science and Engineering
  • To be a leading research based department to support the technical requirements in the nuclear technology-based practices to benefit not only for students but also for public in Myanmar.

  • To be a provider of modernized nuclear science and engineering education.
  • To revise current curriculum periodically to reliable with international standards and our country needs.
  • To carry out research and development on nuclear science and technology for sustainable development of the country.
