ASEAN Collaboration Project “Enhancing the Capacity Building in Science and Technology through Close Collaboration between Mandalay Technological University and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology” Mandalay Technological University proposed ASEAN collaboration project “Enhancing the Capacity Building in Science and Technology through Close Collaboration between Mandalay Technological University and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology” under CLMV Action Plan 2019-2020. Specifically, the project aims to develop human resource capacity through joint collaborative research and strengthen network and partnership through the establishment of young scientist network. Overall, the project is expected to narrow the development gap in science and technology in Myanmar and Vietnam with support from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorke (IITR).
